small room rude staff
The location is really convenient, especially with the subway station being RIGHT outside the door. It made getting around super easy.
The room felt small for two people. It was a challenge just to move around. We definitely expected more space for the price we paid. the staff seemed a bit rude. It.

adequate but small room
small room unfriendly staff
the location was excellent and near many sights.
The room was too small for comfort. there was not enough space for luggage or to move around easily. furthermore, the staff was unfriendly. After 10 pm, there was no one at the reception.

decent city stay
optimal location metro access walking distance rude staff inconsistent air conditioning unreliable wifi
the location is very optimal. it's between the city center and the train station, which i appreciated. the metro is just in front of the hotel. everywhere is only walking distance, so getting around was easy.
multiple things went wrong. the air conditioning sometimes was deactivated on very warm evenings. i asked the staff to turn it back on, and the reception person responded rudely. i never had wi-fi in the room the entire stay.

thin towels short bedding
I found some issues. The towels felt a bit thin. Bedding was too short. The room got very noisy. Outside sounds and other guests disturbed me. Blinds did not work well, so lights shone into the room. That affected my sleep

convenient and modern stay
perfect location tourist attractions short walk complimentary breakfast
the location was perfect with easy access to attractions. it's very close to marienplatz and other tourist attractions. i found it was a short walk from the train station too. i appreciated the complimentary takeaway bread and coffee each morning, it was a great value.
The room was indeed quite small. Maneuvering required some coordination.

easy access convenient check suitable room
I found it easy to get around from this location. I also liked the luggage check. It was convenient. The room suited a solo traveler well.

sweet getaway
superb location reasonable prices
I found the location superb near all transportation. they have vending machines stocked with drinks. The prices were also very reasonable, a plus for me!
the air conditioning controls weren't working as expected, a real inconvenience. i also noticed that the blinds did not completely block out light, so the room was quite bright in the mornings
